People Events, in association with Ohana (a non-profit member club of Road Runners Club of America (RRCA), holds runs and walks benefiting humanity while offering exceptional value for your entry fee. Computerized timing, well-marked properly maintained courses, mile splits, refreshments, goody bags, gorgeous t-shirts, and random drawing are offered for participants. People Events always passes on 100% of the pledges to charity.
Prizes for race winners, the top pledge collector and the random drawing at People Events often include a gift certificate for two at Jo Ann's Café (1131 El Camino Real in South San Francisco) a Zagart Food Survey Winner, See's Candies Gift Certificates, tickets for Bach Dancing & Dynamite Society concerts, Sports Basement Gift Certificates, and a stay at the famous San Remo Hotel near San Francisco's Fisherman's Wharf.
